Cancellation Policy

At ImperialFas, every order is prepared with care to ensure you receive the best quality in the shortest possible time. Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time frame, the product moves into processing and gets ready for dispatch, making cancellation no longer possible.
 

In special circumstances, if the product has already been dispatched but you still wish to cancel the order, we may allow it as an exception. In such cases, the item will be returned to us as an RTO (Return to Origin). Please note that cancellation charges may apply, and these will be deducted from your refund amount.
 

If you deny the product at the time of delivery, the refund will be initiated once the item is returned to us. Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time. However, the refund amount will reflect after deducting a nominal fee, since ImperialFas does not accept returns or provide refunds beyond exchanges.
