Exchange Policy

At ImperialFas, we value your satisfaction and want you to enjoy your purchase. As a growing brand, we adhere to a strict no-return and no-refund policy. However, we understand that issues with sizing or fit may arise, so we provide an exchange option to make your shopping experience smoother.
 

Customers may request an exchange within two days of receiving their order. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Once the exchange request is approved, the first half of the exchange shipping cost will be borne by ImperialFas and the other half by the customer. For any additional exchange requests, the shipping charges will be payable by the customer.
 

Please note that items purchased during a sale or at discounted prices are not eligible for exchange. Similarly, limited-edition collections are excluded from the exchange policy. Once we receive the product in its original condition, your exchange will be processed within seven to ten business days.
