Use a piece of string or ribbon, wrap it around the body part you want to measure, then lay it flat against a ruler or scale.
 

Take one of your favorite t-shirts that fits well, spread it flat, and measure across the chest, shoulders, and length with a ruler or book edge. Match these numbers to our chart for the closest fit.
